Plain-English terms for using FollowBoosts. No hidden renewals, no password access, and a guarantee we put in writing.
By placing an order or otherwise using FollowBoosts (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan.
FollowBoosts promotes your public Instagram profile to real accounts that our targeting matches to your niche, and delivers the resulting followers gradually over your plan period rather than all at once.
We do not sell bot followers, generate fake engagement, or inflate numbers with accounts that do not exist. Growth is delivered to the public handle you give us.
We never ask for your Instagram password and we never log in to your account. All we need is your public Instagram username.
Your profile must be public for delivery to work. If you switch to private, change your username, or deactivate mid-campaign, delivery will stall — tell us and we will restart it against the correct handle.
You are responsible for keeping the email address on your order accurate; it is where your receipt and delivery updates go.
You agree to use FollowBoosts in compliance with Instagram's Terms of Use and Platform Policy, and to order only for accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — for accounts that publish content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or that targets minors.
Plans are charged as a single up-front payment for the period you select, through PayPal. Nothing renews automatically and we never store your card details.
When a period ends, delivery simply stops until you choose to buy another one. There is no subscription to cancel and no further payment is taken — so "cancelling" only ever means declining to buy again.
Prices shown at checkout are in US dollars and include any applicable processing fees.
Every plan carries a guaranteed follower minimum, shown on the plan before you pay. If your account has not reached that minimum within 30 days of your campaign going live, we refund you in full.
Full conditions, and how to claim, are set out in our Refund & Guarantee policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Other than the guaranteed follower minimum described above, the Service is provided "as is." We do not promise any particular engagement rate, reach, conversion, or commercial result, because those depend on your content and on Instagram's own algorithm — neither of which we control.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowBoosts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and changes apply to orders placed after they take effect — never retroactively to a campaign you have already paid for.
