1Information we collect
What you give us. Your email address, your public Instagram username, and anything you type into our contact form. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal — we receive confirmation that an order was paid, never your card number.
How you use the site. Pages viewed, plans viewed, links and buttons clicked, scroll depth, approximate country, device type, and the campaign or referral source you arrived from. This is tied to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your name or IP address.
Partly-filled forms. When you type into a form field on our site we may record what you entered even if you never press submit — the email address, Instagram handle, name and message text. We do this so we can follow up on enquiries that got interrupted. Passwords and payment card details are excluded before anything leaves your browser, and are never recorded.
2How we use it
To run your campaign and deliver the followers you paid for, to send your receipt and delivery updates, to answer support requests and follow up on enquiries, and to understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not use your data for advertising or remarketing.
3Your Instagram data
We only ever need the public link to your Instagram profile. We never ask for, receive, or store your Instagram password, and we never log in to your account.
We do not read, copy or store anything from your profile page. Your handle is passed to our delivery partner so the followers land on the right account, and that is all we do with it.
4Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to hold a random analytics identifier and your original referral source. Clearing your browser storage resets the analytics identifier.
Google Analytics. Our public pages load Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to recognise returning visitors and tells us which pages people view. Google receives your IP address (we ask them to anonymise it) and basic details about your visit, subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not load it on any signed-in dashboard page. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site.
5Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: PayPal for payment, our delivery partners (who receive your public Instagram handle and nothing else), our email provider for receipts, and Cloudflare and Google Analytics as described above.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6How long we keep it
Order and account records are kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics events and form entries are kept for up to 12 months.
You can ask us to delete your account, your form submissions, or your analytics data at any time by emailing support@followboosts.com.
7Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will action it — we do not charge for this.
If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
9Children
FollowBoosts is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes are reflected in the "last updated" date above, and we will notify plan holders by email where the change affects them.
11Contact
