These are the floors in force today — the one on your receipt is the one that covers you.

• Basic — at least 1,250 new followers in 30 days
• Pro — at least 3,000 new followers in 30 days
• Experts — at least 4,250 new followers in 30 days

1The guarantee

Every FollowBoosts plan carries a guaranteed follower minimum. If your account has not gained at least that many followers within 30 days of your campaign going live, you get every cent back — not credit, not a partial refund, not a discount on your next order.

The minimum for your plan is shown on the plan card before you pay, and again on your receipt. It is the number we are held to.

2What qualifies

You qualify if, 30 days after your campaign goes live, your follower count has grown by less than your plan's guaranteed minimum, measured against the starting count we recorded when the campaign began.

You have 14 days after that 30-day mark to claim, so there is time to check without the window closing on you.

3What is not covered

A shortfall we could not deliver into does not qualify. In practice that means:

• The account was switched to private, deactivated, or renamed mid-campaign without telling us.
• The account was restricted, shadow-banned or removed by Instagram during the campaign.
• The username given at checkout was wrong and was not corrected when we flagged it.
• Followers were gained and then removed by a third-party "cleaner" or purge tool you ran.

In every one of those cases, tell us before the period ends — we will pause and restart the campaign against the corrected handle rather than let the time burn.

4How to claim

Email support@followboosts.com from the address on your order with your Instagram username. That is the whole process.

We check it against your campaign record and confirm within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the PayPal account you paid from, and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5Cancelling and renewals

There is nothing to cancel. FollowBoosts plans are a single up-front payment — nothing renews automatically, we do not store your card, and no further payment is ever taken.

When your period ends, delivery simply stops until you choose to buy another one.

6Changes to this policy

This policy can change, but never retroactively: the version in force when you paid is the one that covers your campaign. This page forms part of our Terms of Service.
